IT Support Specialist

Febe Gonzalez was a pre apprentice at Dev/Mission. She is studying at CCSF for an associates degree for Computer Network and Information Technology and will Graduate May of 2023. Febe was previously in non-profit organization called YearUp where she learned most of her IT skills and had the opportunity to intern at Capital One and work at Salesforce as an Operation Specialist.She is an Occasional Cat Sitter as of June 2022 and volunteers in Construction.

Febe is currently learning IOS, IT,HTML, CSS and Javascript as well as Career skills in Dev/Mission.She hopes to get COMPTIA+ and Google IT certificate with the help of the program.

Salesforce

February 2020-February 2021

Febe learned many hard and soft skills within her time in Salesforce.She learned the ticketing system within an internalized queue called SupportForce. Febe learned many customers skills such as compromising and learning to say no to a user especially when what they want is against company policy. She has had to troubleshoot Mobile devices and provide Mobile replacements as well as facilitated in activating and/or porting wireless phone numbers.

Capital One

July 2019-January 2020

Febe main job was mostly with MAC laptops. She learned to troubleshoot them and set them up for new hires with the needed laptop applications and softwares. Febe also had reimage many , many laptops as well as wiping and disposing the ones that are no longer under warranty or are simply old. Febe also had to deal with a ticketing system using Service Now.

Mission Mental Health Clinic

September 2016-August 2017

Febe's main focus was to help with organization.She had to file confidential papers by alphibetical order by the clients last name and fax many papers. Febe was also in charge in organizing the Clinic's bills and expenses using Microsoft excel.
